Yoga in the Park. 

Led by local, qualified Yoga instructors, classes are available to anyone to attend, whatever your age, your fitness level or experience.

Yoga is the perfect exercise to calm the mind and strengthen the body simultaneously. And in a beautiful outdoor setting these classes will be a totally fresh experience.

Our Pilates classes will be hosted by Anny – a local instructor with decades of experience whose studio, like so many, has been closed during the Covid crisis.

Pilates is perfect for those looking for an all over strength and toning class – by focusing on the core the whole body becomes stronger and more flexible. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

HIIT & toning workouts

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) has soared in popularity as our lives have become busier. Shorter workouts with maximum effort promise an intense session every time!

There will be beginner/improver classes as well as intermediate/advanced sessions, along with a weekly toning workout for Legs, Bums & Tums.
