The team behind The Chiswick Festival
From a hospitality background originally, working in some of the most stunning locations in California, France and Cyprus. Having ran an outside catering company in California at a fairly young age, Jonathan soon moved back to London working in some of London’s finest hotels, including The Savoy, Claridges, The Berkeley, The Connaught, County Hall Marriott, to name a few. Then set up his own business, Rough Runner, organising large scale mass participation sports events across the UK.
Rough Runner saw anything up to 12,000 people across the course of 2 days take on an obstacle running course before enjoying an array of activities, catering and entertainment in a main village area.
Some 200,000 people attended over the course of the few years and we operated in venues up and down the UK. Venues included the likes of Finsbury Park and Clapham Common in Central London and large, private estates such as Arley Hall and Gardens in Manchester. Unfortunately Rough Runner didn’t make it through the pandemic.
Now Jonathan is going back to his roots pulling on all his experiences to run large scale events in hospitality. He’s always enjoyed his food and drink!
The concept is to help bring everyone together, let us all enjoy some amazing cuisine from around the world, and just enjoy ourselves after such a crazy 18 months.
Established in the events sector, having been apart of various festivals, running logistics and operations.
Passionate about all things food and drink related, and also ensuring the layouts, structure and look and feel of event marries up to expectations.
Ethan has joined the team supporting in a marketing capacity, and has surprising talents from Parkour to Kickboxing and producing music!
Now he puts his creative hat on in the marketing arena. With a great track record with some amazing brands, he’s joined us to evolve this fabulous and unique proposition.

Charlotte is the glue to the whole team.
Despite Charlotte’s passion for running, nutrition and eating well, she’s a massive fan of juicing – using organic produce, locally produced and making pure clean juices!
It’s made the team all think heavily about juicing more!
All progress takes place outside the comfort zone!
