Our High Intensity Interval Training classes will be hosted by Anny – a local instructor with decades of experience whose studio, like so many, has been closed during the Covid crisis.
HIIT (2) is the harder version, with HIIT (1) being the easier version. Expect old school ground exercises – star jumps, squats, where you’ll work out in intervals (e.g. 1 minute on, 1 minute off…). Expect to sweat! But don’t forget you can push yourself as hard or as little as you like. No one will be watching (everyone will also be focusing!).
HIIT is perfect for those looking for an all over strength and toning class – by focusing on the core the whole body becomes stronger and more flexible. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
If you’re already of a fairly decent fitness level, HIIT (2) will be fine. Otherwise maybe try a go at HIIT (1) to start with.
